PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you are trying to stay motivated in your routine, increase your performance edge, learn new methods to achieve your goals, or structure a new regiment, our Personal Training team is here for you to coach, to shape, to renew. Our goal is to teach you safe and effective ways to reach your goals while reducing the risk of injury. Our Personal Trainers have a nationally recognized certification to ensure you get the results you are looking for in a safe, controlled environment.
PROGRAMS
Smart Start:
2 sessions with trainer. First session evaluates fitness levels, nutrition & stats. Second session, trainer educates client on weight training circuit & cardiovascular equipment.
Total Body Transformation:
24 sessions, train 2x/week with trainer for 12 weeks. Nutrition plan tailored to your needs by one of our Certified Nutrition Specialists. Journal and Food Count Book Included. Trainer weighs & monitors client weekly.
6 Weeks to Success:
6 sessions, train 1x/week with trainer for 6 weeks. Nutrition plan tailored to your needs by one of our Certified Nutrition Specialists. Journal and Food Count Book Included. Trainer weighs & monitors client weekly for first 6 weeks, then biweekly (no training with trainer) for last 6 weeks.
Nutrition Plan Only:
Nutrition plan tailored to your needs by one of our Certified Nutrition Specialists. Journal and Food Counts Book. Meet with trainer biweekly for 12 weeks for weigh-ins and monitoring only.
Step it Up Program:
One session with trainer to review clients current program and design new program.
Junior's Program:
Required for 12-13 year olds. 10 sessions with trainer to learn proper use of equipment, proper form & intensity.
G-Fit Programs:
These programs last eight sessions, require separate fees and are not included with membership. Click here to read more.
Classical Reformer & Mat Pilates Training
At the heart of Global Fitness Center Pilates Personal Training System is the reformer. Regular trainings on this apparatus will strengthen you core muscles as well as help you achieve greater flexibility. Pilates incorporates exercises that stretch and challenge to relieve tnesions in your body created by the way you live, work and play; thereby giving your body a more natural and healthy balance. For the same fee scale as personal training at Global, the Pilates movement system effectively complements all other sport and exercise regimens.
TRX:
is the original bodyweight-based portable training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for people of all fitness levels. Click here to read more.
