Use the chart below to assist you in maximizing your workout time and having more fun at the gym. Programs are designed to make your experience easy and fun  We?ve outlined options to help you plan your workouts and  find the right class. Check out the opportunities and let?s get moving!

Healthy Living:
Did you recently join the gym?  Maybe you?ve just been away for a while. The program listed are designed for you! A great way to acclimate yourself to the gym and not burn yourself out by overdoing it. Give it a try.
Cardio
3 x per week
Exercise a minimum of 20 minutes

30-minute Personal Training session
Resistance Training
2 x per week
Complete 8 ? 12 reps
