What is Vinyasa Yoga?

Vinyasa Yoga is a challenging and invigorating yoga taught in the tradition of Baron Baptiste Vinyasa Yoga with a flowing sequence of postures for mind, body and spirit. You will gain strength and calm, and feel more energized and alive.

This class is an athletic yoga done in a heated room, so be prepared to sweat! You MUST bring a yoga mat, and we strongly recommend that you also bring a face towel, a beach size towel and water. We also recommend that you have either taken Group Centergy or have some Yoga experience and are in good physical condition.

If you have any health concerns, are under the care of a health professional, or have any condition that limits physical activity we recommend a Physician's clearance before attending class. Our Vinyasa Yoga teachers have trained with Baron Baptiste and are very excited to be offering Vinyasa Yoga here at Global Fitness Stow. Any questions?.....be sure to ask.
